CALENDAR Tournaments are held at the Rancho Park courts regularly, at least once each month. Anyone holding a club, FPUSA, or international license may participate in these events. Entry fees are determined by the kind of competition, type of prizes to be awarded, and whether food is provided. Besides hosting competitions, club members travel to other tournaments and participate in the activities of clubs all over the world. The competition schedule is usually set in December of each year, and it is subject to change at any time. The lighted Pétanque Courts are adjacent to the Cheviot Hills Recreation Center and the Rancho Park Golf Course. Players may use the courts any day of the week, all year. Organized and casual games are held on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. through the evening, and on Monday, and Thursday, evenings.
